Justin acted as Delivery Director on the National Building Economic Stimulus Plan – NSW Social Housing initiative. In this capacity, Justin advised Housing NSW on establishment of the Program Management Office (PMO) and delivery strategies for the $1.9B program; being jointly responsible for the successful design, cost planning, authority approvals, procurement, construction and handover of 6,500 new social dwellings within an ambitious 24-month period. Justin also acted as the client side Project Director on Barangaroo Headland Park for Barangaroo Delivery Authority and as Operations Manager (secondment basis) for CPB Contractors (formerly Leighton Contractors). Justin is currently the Senior Project Director for Health Infrastructure on the $1B redevelopment of the Westmead Hospital health precinct.

Ben acted as a Project Manager for Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW) in the recent successful opening and handover of the Museum Station Upgrade project. In this role, Ben also managed the delivery of the highly successful Car Park Conversion initiative where Ben delivered two thousand additional commuter spaces in and around the Sydney rail network. Ben drove feasibility studies, land acquisitions, design reviews, cost planning and authority approvals. In other roles Ben was a key contributor to the team that delivered the Gas Processing Facility as part of Australia Pacific Liquefied Natural Gas (APLNG) project as well as the major European landmark project Crossrail. In the Spotlight


Justin’s recent projects include the major refurbishment of a global five-star Hotel, the new build of a Foreign Government Embassy and also the integrated fit out of a large commercial office building for an anchor tenant. Additional other projects include large multi stage aged care developments, early works and civil infrastructure packages and master planned community residential projects both in NSW and interstate.

Justin is currently providing Project Management (Design) services on the large infrastructure project The Bays Growth Centre for Urban Growth.
