Sean is an enthusiastic and motivated member of Thelem who joined the team as a consultant working on the Loftus Lane Residential Mixed-Use Development. Sean graduated with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and has worked on projects across the education and residential sectors, gaining experience in contracts administration and project management. Sean’s ambition for efficiency suits him well to effective management of programs and processes throughout the project cycle.

In the Spotlight

Sean joined Thelem to assist with the close-out and handover of the Loftus Lane Development, a $200m mixed-use development in the Sydney CBD. Currently, he is delivering assistant project management services to Transport for NSW on the Warringah Freeway Upgrade’s Noise Insulation Program.
