David is a highly experienced construction professional with over 15 years industry experience in both the UK and Australia. David has worked on a broad range of asset classes including infrastructure, rail, residential, commercial, education, and health.

With a strong technical and commercial background, David has worked with Tier 1 & 2 contractors, and private and public sector organisations on development stages ranging from business case development, through delivery to completion. Qualified in construction management and quantity surveying, he has worked in roles such as commercial management, estimation, development management, project management, and procurement. David is well-rounded, with a broad industry knowledge.

David is currently acting as Development Finance Manager on the Bays West Strategic Business Case for Infrastructure NSW.
