Gerard Graham


Gerard is a highly experienced Senior Development Project Manager with a diverse range of experience in all facets of the commercial and residential development lifecycles. Gerard’s expertise includes development planning, financial structuring/ feasibility, procurement, design management, construction delivery oversight and settlement. Gerard joins us after successful roles with both Thiess and Lend Lease.

In the Spotlight

Gerard is currently the Senior Project Manager on the Cockle Bay Park redevelopment in Sydney CBD. This State Significant Development consists of an elegant mixed use high-rise tower consisting of 75,000m2 of commercial office GFA and 14,000m2 of retail. In addition the project includes over 6000m2 of public realm green space, much of which is supported by a land bridge suspended over the busy Western Distributer.
