Senior Associate

Mark has 44 years’ experience in both the public and private sector focused on the development and management of assets in social infrastructure, water and transport. Based on his experience as General Manager of NSW Government businesses in the housing and water sectors, Mark has a high level of skill across the life cycle management of assets, covering strategy, planning, concept design, procurement, delivery, operational readiness and maintenance phases.

In the Spotlight

Mark acted as Delivery Director (metropolitan areas) for Housing NSW as part of the Nation Building Economic Stimulus Plan (NBESP) and was responsible for establishing key elements of the program, including establishment of the Program Management Office (PMO) and managing its day-to-day operations. Mark is currently supporting Health Infrastructure on delivery of new hospital projects including Westmead Hospital Redevelopment ($1B) and three smaller projects at Moruya, Culcairn and Tumbarumba. He has also been called on for expert support by Health Infrastructure for various commercial and contract matters.
