Matthew is a highly capable Senior Development Manager with a portfolio of complex, successful and profitable projects in the private sector and with the government that spans over 22 years in Australia and Spain. His success stems from his passion for the industry developed through extensive experience across mix use, urban renewal, public domain and government infrastructure projects. Matthew has led project strategy, feasibility studies, master planning negotiations as well as design management and planning approvals.

Matthew is current seconded into the Parramatta Light Rail Stage 2 team that are preparing the Final Business Case for an investment decision. His role is to prepare a detailed residual property divestment plan to maximise and deliver the best value-for-money outcomes for the NSW government as well as delivering the best placemaking outcomes on the residual property. The role also involves the optimization of the design integration of the light rail network with the significant land holders along the route.
