Matthew is a highly capable Senior Development Manager with a portfolio of complex, successful and profitable projects in the private sector and with the government that spans over 23 years in Australia and Spain. His success stems from his passion for the industry developed through extensive experience across mix use, urban renewal, public domain and government infrastructure projects. Matthew has led project strategy, feasibility studies, master planning negotiations as well as design management and planning approvals.

Matthew is currently seconded into the TfNSW Transport Asset Revitalisation Program (TARP) team. His role is to assist the TARP team in assessing the highest and best use of surplus government agency land, managing the required land subdivisions and associated planning strategies as part of a overall TfNSW Cluster Agency program. This work will deliver the best value for money outcomes for TfNSW and to the NSW government.
