Mitchell has over 30 years’ experience in the property and construction industry covering strategic advisory, site management, project management, contract management, procurement, construction planning, programming and supervision across high rise, retail, commercial, residential, soft infrastructure and place making projects. Based in Sydney, Mitchell has previously worked in Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Canberra and the UK gaining extensive Client Agent and Contractor experience across government, institutional and private sector clients. Mitchell has held Associate and Director roles in client side Project Management for more than 15 years. Mitchell worked for EC Harris in the UK on a two-year assignment. Mitchell has also worked with the Sydney Organising Committee for the Olympic Games (SOCOG) and served 13 years with Civil & Civic / Lend Lease both on-site and in their project management office.

In the Spotlight

Mitchell has been working with Infrastructure NSW (ex. UrbanGrowth) on two key projects.

Mitchell prepared the procurement strategy, Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP), construction program and buildability review for New Sydney Fish Market.

Mitchell is currently acting as Development Director on the Parramatta North Growth Centre. Working with Health Agencies, Sydney University and Parramatta Light Rail to facilitate decanting of the site, commercial negotiations for redevelopment rights, project planning, cost control and due diligence .Mitchell is also supporting to the new project Business Case inputs and the related Government Assurance Process.
