Senior Associate

Sam has over 15 years’ of construction experience in commercial management and delivery of major projects across engineering, infrastructure and building sectors, working for Tier 1 contractors and public sector clients.

Sam possesses an advanced understanding of construction contracts, legislative requirements and construction techniques. Coupled with a strong focus on relationship building, he can work within delivery teams to identify and track risks, and manage variations and claims to successful outcomes. He commercial aptitude makes him proficient in contracts management and administration, procurement, change control, cost tracking and accurate reporting.

Sam holds a Civil Engineering degree, and has nearly attained a Master of Construction Law qualification through the University of Melbourne.

In the Spotlight

Sam is supporting WaterNSW as Commercial Manager for the Critical State Significant Infrastructure (CSSI) Dams Projects, including Wyangala, Mole River and Dungowan. These projects will improve drought resilience and water security to support future growth for communities in regional NSW.
